1999 Dodge Ram V8 Mag Part Harmanic Balancer Came Had Rubber Seal That Off

i have a 1999 dodge with a v8 mag. and part of the harmanic balancer came a part and it had a rubber seal that came off with it. can i just buy the seal and put it back or do i have to buy a whole new one
