I have a 1999 Ram 1500 Quad cab and I can't open the driver side rear door. The latch handle moves, but doesn't unhook the latch.How to get at it??? Thanks Sam

Gotta pull the trim panel off to see if a linkage is disconnected. One word of warning; I watched a former coworker pull the front door panel off a Durango which might be similar. It has fingers molded into the plastic so after removing a few screws, don't pull the panel away from the door; lift it UP to lift it off the fingers. That inexperienced kid broke all the fingers off the panel, then went to the other side and did the same thing to that panel!
