There's two kinds of misfires. Ignition and fuel. First check the spark for that cylinder. If no spark, replace plug and wire first. If still no spark, check condition of wire/connector to that coil. If good, replace coil. (You must make sure there's spark while reving the engine at high rpms as well as idle)
If you do have spark, check the injector for firing on that cylinder. Use an automotive stethoscope to listen for a distinct clicking sound. If none, check wiring/connector first. If good, replace injector. If injector is firing, check spray pattern for injector. May be clogged.
