Trying to find out how I gain access to the torque converter bolts

Trying to find out how I gain access to the torque converter/flywheel bolts. I don't have the normal removable panel on the engine side.

However, you need to remove the starter and access the nuts through this opening. Please see the info below that will help with this. Thanks
