speed odometer does not work until 55 mph

I have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 sport 4x4 - And the abs and brake light stays on all the time. i put a new speed sensor in trans and a used abs speed sensor rear differental and a used abs control module

Sounds like a wiring/connection issue, please troubleshoot the wiring harness and get back to us.
