My engine stalls sometimes

1999 Dodge Ram 1500 laramie V8 5.2 L 136K miles. Truck is not driven a lot since I'm disabled. Engine shuts off sometimes. My brother-in-law replaced a 2nd coil yesterday & new fuel pump relay with dialectic grease. New crankshaft sensor & 7 year battery Also, November 2010 new plugs, plug wires & distributor.
