1999 Dodge Neon won

I need to know if there are any trouble codes stored in the computer. Tell me this, when you check for power to the coll, are you cranking the engine? Also, power to the coils comes through the Auto Shut Down relay (ASD) which is located in the power distribution box under the hood. That could also be the problem, a bad ASD. Power to the coil should be via a dark green / orange wire. Check that and let me know what you find. Also, let me know if all coil packs are affected.

thanks for your reply to my issue,,well i checked the dark green/&orange wire no power to it,,only ground i even tried cranking it to see if it'll turn to power,,i changed the asd relay,,this all started when it ran hot then stopped so i let it cool,,after that it never started again,,0 codes,,popped up,,

Okay, that leads me to one of two things to check next. First, have you checked the power supply wire to make sure it isn't disconnected, melted and shorted, or damaged in any way? If you have and it is good, the next suspect is the crank sensor. However, if you are getting power to any of the coils, that not the issue. Let me know if any of the coils are getting power.

At this point, I am assuming that you have a coil over plug set up in this car. That means each cylinder has its own coil.

Let me know if that assumption is wrong. Also, let me know if you need directions for checking the crank sensor.

I just had another thought. The crank sensor activates the ASD. The ASD relay powers the fuel pump relay, the injectors, and the coils. Can you tell if the fuel pump is running?

yes the fuel pump is running,,it has a solid coil pack with 4 coil tips firing the 4 cylinders from it ,,no power,,,no damage to the connection plug or wires,,well a haven't checked the crank sensor though,,

I would check that next.
