1999 dodge neon,the speedometer works but it quits working on any surface that is uneven and sometimes the whole panel stops working

Must bhave loose connection what happens if you bang on dash?

samething it quits working or when is not workin it star working again....and if i have a loose connection those where do i check for those connections?

Start with removal of dash panel check connections to printed circuit board
