How can I manually move a power seat on a 1999 dodge intrepid?? I do not have access to a meter to check for power at the switch. The seat is in the fully reclined position and will not move in any direction. Is there a way to manually move the seat back up until I can get a meter to see if I have power to the switch?

you will hav eot apply power to the motor or if you take the motor out you will have to lock seat in position somehow with a clamp or something similar.
