The passenger side power seat is in the fully reclined position and now will, not move in any position, forward, backwards or from the reclined position. The drive seat moves fine so it's not the relay or fuse. I have checked under the seat for anything in the way and it's clear and also have checked the connections and they are fine.
Any ideas???

Have you checked to see if there is power to the switch itself?

Not at this moment as I and traveling and don't have access to a multimeter.
How do I check to see if there is power to the switch without a meter?

Basically, you just set the meter for DC voltage and ground one side and place the other to the power supply to see if there is power there.
