heating and ac fuse keeps blowing in a 1999 dodge intrepid, could it be a bad ground?

had transmission and starter changed and 02 sensor fixed now bowing heating and ac fuse after 3 seconds never had problem before

Check for pinched wires from when the trans was replaced.
