Check for applicable trouble codes. At the least, you need an obd2 code reader that will show generic as well as manufacturer specific. Some national brand autostores will check some codes for free.
There is a low beam relay in junction block, under left side of dash. Terminals 61 & 62 in diagram are hot all the time and fuse protected. When the relay is energized, that line with the arrowhead moves to terminal 63, that terminal carries voltage to low beams. Control/coil side of relay is grounded by the bcm. The bcm receives a signal from the headlamp switch. Usually with multiple issues, I track one system and fix that. Fixing that one system may or may not fix the others. I'd check all applicable fuses--voltage circuits and ground circuits, first.
