1999 Dodge Intrepid 3.5L Water pump Timing Chain Help?

I have the front cover off and can see the pump but can not figure how to get the pump out I have a diagram of the mounting bolts but can not seem to figure out how to loosen them and remove the pump with the chain on.

I believe you need to remove the chain.

Yea I figured I would have to do so but it looks like the only way,is by removing the heads as if the top portion remaining of the cover seems not be a cover but the head?? It does not look like a normal removable cover.

It should come off without removing the heads. THere should be bolts holding the cam gears on.
