How do I replace the blower fan motor?

This blower motor should be accessible without removing the HVAC.

Here are some diagrams (below) of the front and rear blowers and what it will be like on your car.

NOTE: Removal of the blower motor on these models requires that the A/C lines be disconnected. According to law, refrigerant must be captured and reused which requires the use of special equipment and training. This procedure MUST be performed by a certified MVAC technician.

1. Disconnect the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the instrument panel.
3. Recover the refrigerant. See "Note" above.
4. Disconnect the liquid line refrigerant line fitting from the evaporator inlet tube.
5. Disconnect the accumulator inlet tube.
6. Drain the cooling system.
7. Disconnect the heater hoses from the heater core tubes.
8. Remove the four nuts from the heater-A/C mounting studs on the engine compartment side of the dash panel.
9. Remove the nut that secures the heater-A/C housing mounting brace to the stud on the passenger compartment side of the dashboard.
10. Pull the housing rearward far enough for the mounting studs and evaporator condensate drain tube to clear the dash panel holes.
11. Remove the housing from the vehicle.
12. Remove the three screws that secure the motor to the housing.
13. Remove the wheel, if desired, by removing the clip from the motor shaft.
14. Installation is the reverse of removal. Note the following points:
A. When installing the wheel onto the shaft, be sure to line up the flats.
B. The ears of the retaining clip must be on the shaft flat.
C. Be sure the blower motor seal is in place.

Test for power at the motor. If no power, test wiring for shorts. If power is present, suspect faulty motor.

With everything on, did you check for voltage and ground at the blower motor connector? If your saying the blower won't work? I'll look for the module removal procedure.
