1999 Dodge Durango Just Did New Brake Job Less Than Year Ago Pads Rotor

I just did a new brake job less than a year ago. New pads, rotor and caliper but I have noticed that when I push on the brake they are grinding. checked the pads and they are still fine.... What is causeing the noise

did you check inner and outer pads???

is there any hardware rubbing???

did you check all brakes???
