alright so i hit a cenderblock and my front crossmember is dented and it broke my controle arm is this fixable?

Control arms are a normal replaceable item but an alignment will be needed because no two are ever exactly the same. A dent in the cross member could be not important depending on how bad, if it interferes with the steering linkage, or if it is broken. Those are normally pretty tough.
