How do I fix a clunking sound in the passenger side of my engine? It slows down my truck like its going to break down then doesn't.

Some possibilities, tire,--suspension--brakes-- wheel bearings? Safely raise and support the front of vehicle, spin the tire and try to shake it, see if you can feel or hear anything. You can use pry bar under tire, see if you can move it up and down. With tire in the air, don't get too crazy about prying. Safety is your responsibility.
