Oil light ON and beeping every 10 seconds.
Got oil change yesterday. Mechanic said oil pressure low. The light OFF and beeping stopped.
Today - oil light ON and beeping every 30 seconds.
What could be the reason?
Thanks.

bad oil pump, clogged pick up screen, low oil level, or bad bearings

The oil pressure is low. The most common cause is worn engine bearings, but oil of viscosity that's too light can aggravate that. Another common cause is a defective oil pressure sending unit. Before making any decisions on repair, have the actual pressure checked with a mechanical gauge.
