The fuel filter is located on the passenger side frame rail approximately halfway up the van there is an exhaust shield right in front of it so it is hard to see. Just follow the fuel lines from the tank and you will find it. It is connected with short pieces of rubber line and hose clamps so it is an easy one to change.

The fuel filter is on the under side of your van about halfway between the gas tank and the engine. It will look like a metal canister a couple of inches long.
