fuel pump was not coming on, so i changed it. still just cranks its getting fire into and out of the cap still wont start

Make sure there is power to the fuel pump. If there isn't check the fuel pump relay. Also, make sure the pump has a good ground. IT is in a plastic tank, so its ground is through the wiring.
