Daewoo leganza 1999 model wont start. Doesn't even make a ticking noise when I try start the car. I was driving the car one day and the wheel locked up and every symbol came up on the dash board. I'm not sure what to do?

You will have to check if the engine will turn over by hand, have you lost coolant and is the oil level ok? pull the plugs and get a socket and bar and try and turn the engine over.
