99 town and country new water pump needed

We're trying to replace the bell housing on the water pump and can't find a place to buy it. Where can we get a new one?

When you have a question related to an engine, please list the engine size. The bell housing refers to the transmission. How is that related to the water pump? Which bolts were left loose and exactly what was damaged or has happened?
