location of turn signal relay switch

where is the turn signal relay switch on a 99' sebring JXI cont.

The combination flasher is part of the multifunction switch, on the steering column. You maybe able to remove flasher unit, without removing combination switch/multifunction. The flasher attaches to the switch, I'd have to look at it. The procedure is below.
