1999 Chrysler Sebring car turned off

Have you confirmed that the battery is full charged? When you turn the key to the start position, do you hear anything such as a click or clicking? Have you checked to see if there is power to the starter? Have you checked battery terminals to make sure they are in good condition and not corroded or loose?
