i made the mistake by taking out both inner tie rod end bushing bolts now i can only turn one way what happen pleas help

Please clarify what's happening. The steering wheel won't turn? You turn the steering wheel but the wheels don't respond? Which way can you turn? Really need a lot more information. Why did you remove the bolts? Did you see the spacers between the steering gear and the inner tie rod ends?
