r/r fog light assembly and lights, replaced inner fog light fuse nad relay, missing fuse/rlay in engine fuse box does it need it for loaded 1999 lhs nad if so what is the part number as the fog lamp inside engine fuse box is missing

yes you need theed the relay to operate the fog lamp. we dont' have access to that relay part number. Any auto parts store can give it to you though.
