cluster, transmission, body control module no response P1698

1999 lhs codes are, P1698, which is cluster no response, also transmission control module no response ,body control module no response now at this point the car will not turn over but after many tries later it will turn and run but the cluster will not work.

230,000 miles changed heads, trans, radiator, everything myself - love this site :-)

P1698= No CCD/PCI Bus message from TCM. Check the wiring and connectors between the main PCM and the transmission control module. Make sure the grounds are good and solid, also check the main system fuses.
