pulley just beside alternater in 1999 chrysler concorde, need replacing what is the name of the pulley, that pully is wobbling and pulling my belt off the alternater. thus causing a chirping to swealing sound

I have attached belt diagrams that identify parts. Scan through them to identify your system and part. It sounds like an idler pulley to me.
