blower motor resistor keeps going out

i have replaced the blower motor resistor 3 time and each time it goes out quicker the last time i changed it,it did not even last 24hrs i have checked the wire harness and it all looks good?

Chances are the blower motor is drawing too many amps of power and causing the resister to burn up. Check that, and replace the motor if needed.
