My front right tire area vibrates when I drive and pulls too the right when I drive. What would it be causing the vibrations? And when I brake , it vibrates

To guess without seeing it, I'd look first at the tires. A broken belt will cause the symptoms you described. Switch the two front tires side-to-side to see if the pull changes. Have the steering, suspension, and brakes inspected at a tire and alignment shop.
