1999 Chrysler Cirrus replacing the timing belt

I am in the process of replacing the timing belt. I have remove the crankshaft pulley, the engine mount and the support bracket. I have removed the front and lower plastic timing belt covers.
However I have a problem with the rear timing belt cover(the one closest to the fire wall). This cover is held by 10mm hex head screws. Two of the hex heads are below the power steering tank and look like they are impossible to get at.
Does anybody know any trick methods to get these two out?
Or is it nessary to remove the power steering tank etc.

The Power Steering Pump Support Bracket requires a stubby ratchet & 2 people to lossen the bolts.
The first person places the stubby rachet onto the support bracket bolts located between the engine block and firewall. While the other person navigates under the passenger side front wheel well, and that is how this support bracket is loosened.
Remeber, you only need to loosen the last bolt, not completely remove it to free the left side timing belt cover.
Hope this helps. Cause It was a PITA!

Disconnect negative battery cable from jumper terminal. Raise and support vehicle. Remove
right front wheel. Remove accessory drive belt splash shield from right wheelwell.
1.
Remove accessory drive belts. Remove right engine support assembly vertical bolts from
bottom side of frame rail (timing belt end of engine).
2.
Lower vehicle. Place floor jack under vehicle to support weight of engine and transaxle
assembly. Remove 3 bolts attaching engine support assembly to engine block bracket.
3.
Move the A/C drier aside with hoses attached. Remove coolant reservoir tank. Remove right
engine support assembly. Remove 3 bolts attaching engine support bracket to engine block, and
remove bracket.
4.
Remove crankshaft vibration damper. Remove power steering pump (hoses attached) and
bracket from engine block. Remove timing belt covers.
5.
6. Rotate crankshaft to align camshaft and crankshaft timing marks. See Fig. 11 and Fig. 12 .
