Normally need to know the engine size when talking about engine stuff, but in this case they're all the same.
Inner cap bolts: 15 foot pounds plus a quarter turn.
Outer cap bolts: 20 foot pounds plus a quarter turn.
Tie bolts: 250 inch pounds
