1999 Chrysler 300 Driving Highway Oil Light Came On 5 Seconds Car Stalled Out

I was driving the Highway and the oil light came on with in 5 seconds the car stalled out. I had it towed off the highway the driver saw radiator fluid. when the car stalled there was some smoke or maybe steam not sure what to even start with not sure what caused the problem

oil light is no oil pressure. sounds like the motor locked up and may need a new motor
