Brake lights wont work heater and AC wont shut off.

As far as the brake lights, does the highmount brake lamp work? If none work, check the fuse and voltage to and from the brake lamp switch.

With the hvac, any applicable trouble codes? The green wire at the automatic temp control module, is it hot with key off? Shouldn't be hot with key off.

For the atc module you can try this calibration. See if any codes show up? List the codes and me or somebody will talk to you.
