where is the fill connect for the a/c on a chrysler 300m

Both ports are right on top of the compressor. If you aren't familiar with the safety procedures, this isn't a good job for do-it-yourselfers. Be aware that escaping refrigerant can freeze eyeballs and cause frostbite. At a minimum, wear safety glasses. Most professionals also wear face shields.
