300m steering

i have a 1999 chrysler 300m the steering is thight on some days and fine on other days i already changed the power steering pump and both lower ball joints and checked out the tie rod they are fine do you think the rack is bad ?

yes it sounds like the rack have it flushed if that don't fix it then new rack
