I resently went to get an safty and emmssiond test done and thay told me that my van would connect to the state pc or the Diagnostic Connector pc what would cause this problem because I cant get e renewl on my tags with out these test

could be a pcm failure or one of the other computers may be causing the failure. you need a shop that can check this out for you. it could be any one of 10 different failures.
