Engine Overheating? Cooling fan starts working too late?

Its a very difficult task
few ways to go about it
removing throttle body and try to reach the lower bolt is one
the way it should be down is by remove the exhaust cross over pipe
or you can try with a  in flex to remove the hold down bolts

Engine Cooling problem
1998 Chevy Venture 6 cyl Automatic

my radiator is leaking or I don't know cause im putting coolant atleast twice a day. I recently change the water pump thats when it started.
