1999 Chevrolet Venture Chevy Front Ac Knob Won T Move Back Blowers Blow

I have a 1999 Chevy Venture and the front ac knob won't move, the back blowers do not blow. I believe both things happened at once. Any help with this would be appreciated, thank you.

check fuses and relay in back for blower and replace ac knob on control if available
