Why is my 1999 chevy tahoe is idiling high when its in gear?

I recently put on a K&N air filter and replaced my intake manifold gaskets. I checked to make sure everything was tight, unhooked the battery to reset it, What am i missing?

The computer may need to relearn the parameters due to the increased airflow.
