I have a 1999 Chevy Tracker. Once up to speed it makes a loud high pitch howling noise in the front. This noise is only made when I have my foot pressing on the accelerator, the noise noise stops as soon as I let off the accelerator and will begin again when I push on the accelerator. What could be making this noise. It is loudest when I am driving at higher speeds for example on the highway.
