I am working on a tracker where I found the battery polarity was reversed and then corrected by putting in another good battery. Then I got to where it cranks but wont fire. Put my scan tool on and it wont get anything from the ECU, but it will with other modules. At the same time checking fuses and find several blown replace all the bad ones but there is one that keeps blowing "IG meter fuse" 20amp

OK so check blk/wht. Wire at one of coil harness and I get 7.6 ohms to ground, is this normal or should I start unpluging stuff?

the ig fuse goes to where I've pointed out in pic as well as the fuel pump relay and ignition coil.it's the blk/wht wire. try resetting your security system first although I don't think that will stop the fuse from blowing. it may be a bad relay or possibly pump /wire issue
