Bought new battery, if 1999 tahoe not started for 2 days will not start.
Put voltmeter and/or test light between ground and ground cable and pulled fuses no fuse turned light off, but when 2 and 19 are pulled made light strobe. Lock are not locking except when batt is hooked up then all locks lock simultaniously. Took drivers door panel off and light tested between ground and orange (had light) tested between orange and blk wires on doorlock harness (had light) this is suppose to mean switch is bad. But it will still click, can hear relay. When power is applied actuator (powered but not in door with rods on it) will draw in(unlock) but not draw out(lock) back cargo door is auto locking just by shutting it, but will not unlock w/o key. Thought had a prob w cig lighter fuse but all work and is not blowing fuse #13.(Where draw was originally suspected) Will start and run fine once started, everything works fine except door locks, and my drivers heated seat is not working on lower part, upper part of seat appears to be warm. I have unhooked the drivers seat from wire harness under seat, still no fix HELP ME PLEASE (just recently lost job due to outsourcing, so no job no money), when it rains it pours. Thank you for any hints, help or tips would be very appreciated. Janet

Testing for a draw the way you did at the battery won't work any longer because of the many computers on the truck. The pulsing light is from one of them trying to turn off after a few minutes.

Based on what I can decipher about the door locks, I think I'd start by looking at the wire harness between the driver's door hinges to see if any wires are broken or frayed, and touching.
