I've tryed to fish it out and tryed to vac it out.i will try to use the air blower in the return fuel line port. any recomadations for the weekend service tech.or do i have to remove the whole fuel plenum and do i need to buy any gaskets and any special parts?

Thank you,

Try using air pressure to get it out. If that doesn't work, you need to remove the plenum to get it out. You will need to replace the plenum gasket when you take it apart.
