blower motor wont run

The blower motor on my 1999 chevy tahoe wont run the fuses (50a and 25a) have been replaced as they were both blown and the control switch on the dash has been replaced the blower motor was taken out and hooked up to the battery to verify it runs and it does but I dont know if there is a relay or something else fried any suggestions?

There is a blower motor resistor that may be bad.

there is a blower motor relay in the underhood electrical center see if that is bad. also the resistor controls the lower speeds as well. if oyour fuses were blown then i'd check all of them.
