Turn the key on until the security light goes out, this can take up to 10 minutes, then turn off and then try to start the car. This resets the esecurity system. That may be all it is.

You'll hav eto take to a dealer then to have th em put a tech 2000 on it to straighten it out. They may have to recode your key. If you have another key like one that came with it you might try the same thing and then look in your manual on how to recognize the new key you have.

Our pleasure. Was the dealer able to recode the key or use a specific scanner to determine the cause?
