i have a very hard shift into firs gear after take off...i had the transmission rebuilt 4 months ago..and when i hit the brake a feel a rocking under me but i already replace the transmission mount...whats my problem

First, I would recommend taking it back to the people that rebuilt it. If it has a hard shift, it could be a shift solenoid, module...

As far as the rocking, that is interesting. Make sure the cross member is tight and check u-joints.
