I have now gone through 2 ICM's on 1999 Chevy suburban in less than 1 month. Might there be an issue with grounding? And if so where?

Are you talking about the coil driver? Did you use oem part? What about coil--coil wire--distributor cap--rotor-- plugs and plug wires?

Location of ground is in the diagram.
