Brake lights stay on

Hi, my suburbans' brake lights stay on when the key is in the run position and turn off if I step on the brake pessl.As if its working in the opposite manner. If I turn the key off the work the way their suppose to. I've replaced the brake switch, brake light circuit boards,new multi switch, new bulbs and no luck. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

this has to be the brake light switch.check the adjustment of the switch at the pedal.if ok test the switch oper.with a test light.check and see if voltage is going through the switch when you push the brake if ok remove the switch connecter and see if they go out.
