how do i check/test the resistance and on coil and ignition control module on a 1999 chevy silverado 4.3l

Some of the national brand auto parts stores might be able to test the ignition module.
As far as the coil, different manufacturers may have different specs? The only specs I could find were from Wells.

Coil secondary ohms test 3--10K ohms. Coil primary circuit ohms test .15--.6 ohms.
